Sidumin Aquarium is an aquarium retail business based in Ragama Town, Sri Lanka. We sell ornamental fish, aquariums, plants, decorations, fish food, accessories, and other aquarium-related products.
2. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We may contact you to confirm product details, stock, delivery information, or payment before dispatch.
3. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, stock information, and prices accurate. Live fish and natural products may vary slightly in colour, size, pattern, or appearance from website photos.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout or confirmed before delivery.
5. Payments
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, payment on pickup, and approved online payment methods. Online payments are processed through the selected payment gateway. Sidumin Aquarium does not store full payment-card details on this website.
6. Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Live fish and livestock
Because live fish and other livestock are living animals, availability and condition can change. We reserve the right to substitute, delay, or cancel a livestock item if we believe it is not suitable to transport at the time of dispatch. Any such change will be discussed with the customer.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
